Summary

L’article L. 1225‑17 du code du travail est complété avec par un alinéa ainsi rédigé :  « À sa demande, et sous réserve que ses missions puissent être exécutées hors des locaux de l’employeur, conformément à l’article L. 1222‑9 du présent code, la salariée peut bénéficier du télétravail, dans les douze semaines précédant son congé de maternité. »
