Après l’alinéa 16, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Lorsqu’un projet d’installation ou de cession enregistré au répertoire mentionné à l’article L. 330‑5 abouti, sa conclusion fait l’objet d’une notification au point d’accueil mentionné au I, celle-ci peut être effectuée par l’officier public sollicité pour authentifier l’acte mentionné à l’article premier de l’ordonnance n° 45‑2590 du 2 novembre 1945 relative au statut du notariat dans des conditions fixées par décret. »
