Summary
L’article L. 312‑19 du code monétaire et financier est ainsi modifié : 1° Au a) du 1° du I, les mots : « et débit par l’établissement tenant le compte de frais et commissions de toutes natures » sont supprimés. 2° Le III est ainsi rédigé : « La tenue des comptes mentionnés aux 1° et 2° du I ne donne lieu au prélèvement d’aucun frais ni commission. »
