Summary

Le premier alinéa de l’article 421-5 du code pénal est remplacé par deux alinéas ainsi rédigés : « L’acte de terrorisme défini à l’article 421-2-1 est puni de quinze ans d’emprisonnement et de 225 000 euros d’amende. « L’acte de terrorisme défini à l’article 421-2-2 est puni de dix ans d’emprisonnement et de 225 000 euros d’amende. »
