Après l’alinéa 3, insérer les quatre alinéas suivants : « 1°  bis L’article 56 est ainsi modifié : «  a)  Après le premier alinéa, sont insérés deux alinéas ainsi rédigés : « « Dès le début de la perquisition, la personne peut demander à être assistée par un avocat. Il est procédé conformément aux dispositions de l’article 63‑3‑1. « « La perquisition peut débuter dès l’information de l’avocat choisi ou du bâtonnier. » ; «  b)  Au début du deuxième alinéa, le mot : « Il » est remplacé par les mots : « L’officier de police judiciaire » ; ».
