I – À l’alinéa 3, après le mot : « environnement », rédiger ainsi la fin de l’alinéa 3 : « déclarer les projets d’intérêt national majeur ». II - En conséquence, supprimer les alinéas 4 à 8. III – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « 4° (nouveau) Le dernier alinéa est complété par les mots : « , dont les secteurs d’intérêt national majeur concourant à la transition écologique ou à la souveraineté nationale ». »
