L32-3-1. – (nouveau) Le droit au chiffrement des communications est affirmé comme un droit nécessaire à l’exercice de la vie privée et du secret des correspondances, et son utilisation ne peut être reconnue comme une circonstance aggravante lors de la commission d’un crime ou d’un délit. »
