Summary

I. – Le 5 de l’article 266 quinquies du code des douanes est complété par un  e ainsi rédigé : «  e) Pour l’usage de carburant dans le cadre du transport fluvial ou du transport ferroviaire de personnes ou de marchandises sur réseau ferré national et hors réseau ferré national. » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
