Summary

I. – Le A du II de l’article 28 de la loi n° 2017‑1775 du 28 décembre 2017 de finances rectificative pour 2017 est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa, le mot : « particulièrement » est supprimé ; 2° Au 1° , l’année : « 2020 » est remplacée par l’année : « 2022 ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
