I. – Après l’alinéa 2, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « 1°  bis La cinquième ligne est supprimée ; ». II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 29, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « I bis . – Le III bis du même article 46 est abrogé. » III. – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « IV. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée, à due concurrence, par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits prévus aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts. »
