I. – Après la trente-huitième ligne du tableau du B du 1° du 1 de l’article 265 du code des douanes, sont insérées deux lignes ainsi rédigées : «  Biopropane destiné à être utilisé comme carburant  31 bis 100    kg nets  5,59  Biopropane destiné à être utilisé pour d'autres usages que comme carburant  31 ter 100    kg nets 1,79  » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
