Summary
Après l’alinéa 26, insérer les huit alinéas suivants : « B bis . - L’article L. 4332‑9 est ainsi modifié : « 1° Le IV est ainsi modifié : « a) Le premier alinéa est complété une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Pour l’année 2021, il s’agit des régions ayant contribué au fonds en 2020. » ; « b) Le deuxième alinéa est complété une phrase ainsi rédigée : « En 2021, ce montant est figé en valeur aux montants notifiés en 2020 » ; « 2° Le V est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Pour 2021, le montant de la quote-part est figé aux niveaux notifiés en 2020 ». « 3° Le VI est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Pour 2021, cette attribution est figée au niveau de celle notifiée en 2020 ».
