Summary

Après l’alinéa 5, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « 1° bis Après le mot : « supérieur », la fin de la deuxième phrase du II de l’article L. 31‑10‑3 est ainsi rédigée : « au plafond annuel de la sécurité sociale ni inférieur à 16 500 € ». II. – Compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : « VIII. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à la taxe visée à l’article 235 ter ZD du Code général des impôts. « IX. - Le I n’est applicable qu’aux sommes venant en déduction de l’impôt dû. »
