Summary

Après l’alinéa 14, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « II. bis – Après l’article L. 112‑3‑1 du code monétaire et financier, est inséré un article L112‑3‑2 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L112‑3‑2 – I. – Par exception à l’article L. 112‑3‑1 du code monétaire et financier, l’émission annuelle d’emprunts et autres dettes de l’État indexés sur le niveau des prix est limitée à 8 % du total des émissions annuelles d’emprunts et autres dettes de l’État. « II. – Le I entre en vigueur le 1 er janvier de la cinquième année suivant la promulgation de la présente loi. »
