Summary

I. – Le titre II de la première partie du livre premier du code général des impôts est complété par un chapitre XXI ainsi rédigé : « Chapitre XXI « Taxe sur la vente de munitions de chasse contenant une concentration du plomb « Art. 302 bis ZP. – I. – Il est institué, à compter du 1 er juillet 2023, une taxe due par toute personne qui réalise des ventes de munitions de chasse contenant une concentration en plomb égale ou supérieure à 1 % en poids. « II. – La taxe est assise sur le poids en plomb de la munition de chasse exprimé en euro par kilogramme. « III. – Le montant de la taxe est fixé à 1,5 euros par kilogramme de plomb. »
