I.– L’article 200 quater A du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Le 4 est ainsi modifié : a) À la première phrase le montant :« 5000 € »est remplacé par le montant :« 10 000 € » ; b) À la première phrase le montant :« 10 000 € »est remplacé par le montant :« 15 000 € » ; c) A la deuxième phrase et troisième phrase, les montants :« 400 € »sont respectivement remplacés par le chiffre :« 1000 € » 2° A la fin de la première phrase du 4 bis , le montant :« 20 000 € »est remplacé par le montant :« 35 000 € » 3° Le 5 est ainsi modifié : a) Au a, le taux :« 25 % »est remplacé par le taux :« 50 % » ; b) Au a bis , le taux :« 40 % »est remplacé par le taux :« 70 % » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services. »
