Summary

I. – La première phrase du f du 1. de l’article 200 du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° La seconde occurrence du mot : « ou » est remplacée par le signe : « , ». 2° Après le mot : « contemporain », sont insérés les mots : « ou la rénovation du patrimoine remarquable des gares ferroviaires ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
