Summary

I. – Un crédit d’impôt est instauré en faveur des entreprises qui organisent leurs évènements professionnels internes en France II. – Les modalités d’application du présent article sont définies par arrêté III. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts. IV. – Le I n’est applicable qu’aux sommes venant en déduction de l’impôt dû.
