L’article 202 du code général des impôts est complété par un 5 ainsi rédigé : « 5. Ces dispositions sont applicables aux sociétés régies par les dispositions des chapitres I er et II du titre IX du livre III du code civil et par les dispositions du livre II du code de commerce autres que celles des chapitres I er , II et VI du titre II et du chapitre III du titre IV de ce livre, constituées pour l’exercice de la profession d’avocat ».
