I. – Le second alinéa du II de l’article 72 B  bis du code général des impôts est supprimé. II. – Le I prend effet à partir du 1 er janvier 2023. III. – Les pertes de recettes résultant du I sont compensées par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits visés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
