I. – À l’alinéa 7, substituer au mot : « cinquante » le mot : « deux-cent-cinquante ». II. – En conséquence, au même alinéa, substituer au montant : « dix millions d’euros » le montant : « cinquante millions d’euros ». III. – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « III. – La perte de recettes résultant pour l’État est compensée, à due concurrence, par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits sur les tabacs mentionnée aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts. »
