Summary

I. – A l’avant-dernière phrase du VI bis de l’article 199 undecies C du code général des impôts, le nombre : « 50 000 » est remplacé par le nombre : « 150 000 ». II. – Les dispositions du I. entrent en vigueur au 1 er janvier 2023. III. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
