Summary
Riigikogu avalduse eesmärgiks on juhtida tähelepanu aastakümneid kestnud venestamispoliitikale paljude Venemaa põlisrahvaste suhtes, mis on viimastel aastatel eriti hoogustunud. Avalduses mõistetakse hukka Venemaa Föderatsiooni võimude poolt ellu viidav venestamispoliitika. Riigikogu avaldusega soovitakse toetada kõigi rahvaste kustumatut enesemääramise õigust. Ühtlasi rõhutatakse vajadust toetada Venemaa põlisrahvaste säilimist ning tutvustada nende ajalugu, kultuuri ja olukorda kogu maailmas.
