Après l’article L. 1115‑6 du code général des collectivités territoriales est inséré un article L. 1115‑6-1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 1115‑6-1. – L’État désigne un point de coordination transfrontalière national. S’appuyant sur un comité de coordination interministériel, celui-ci est chargé d’examiner les solutions permettant de lever les obstacles transfrontaliers qui n’auront pas pu être résolus localement. Les modalités d’application du présent article sont fixées par décret. »
