Summary

L’article L. 2252‑4 du code général des collectivités territoriales est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Ces groupements locaux ou associations cultuelles doivent, pour bénéficier de cette garantie, adhérer à un contrat d’engagement républicain mentionné à l’article 10‑1 de la loi n° 2000‑321 du 12 avril 2000 relative aux droits des citoyens dans leurs relations avec les administrations. La violation de ce contrat par le groupement local ou l’association cultuelle entraîne le retrait de la garantie à compter de la commission des faits litigieux. La mairie doit notifier par courrier motivé ce retrait. »
