Summary

Le troisième alinéa de l’article 25 de la loi n° 83‑634 du 13 juillet 1983 portant droits et obligations des fonctionnaires est ainsi modifié : 1° À la fin de la première phrase, les mots : « du principe de laïcité » sont remplacés par les mots : « des principes de laïcité et de fraternité » ; 2° La seconde phrase est complétée par les mots : « et soutient les initiatives en lien avec la fraternité ».
