Substituer à l’alinéa 5 les trois alinéas suivants : «  c)   Sont ajoutés deux alinéas ainsi rédigés : « À compter du 1 er juillet 2022, la mise en location d’un logement dont le niveau de performance est inférieur au niveau très peu performant au sens de l’article L. 173‑1‑1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation est interdite. « A compter du 1 er janvier 2025, le niveau de performance d’un logement décent ne peut être inférieur au niveau très peu performant au sens de l’article L. 173‑1‑1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation. »
