Après l’alinéa 10, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 2°  bis  Le troisième alinéa de l’article L. 313‑31 est ainsi rédigé : « En cas d’acceptation, la notification d’acceptation du prêteur vaut avenant au contrat de prêt, sans que le prêteur n’ait besoin d’émettre de nouvel avenant tel que prévu à l'article L. 313‑39, ni d’établir de nouveau le taux annuel effectif global du prêt. »
