Summary

L’article L. 422‑4 du code de l’urbanisme est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Dans le cas où la demande concerne une construction de plus de 50 m² d’emprise au sol, elle doit, avant de statuer, recueillir l’avis consultatif d’un architecte-conseil sur l’intégration du bâti dans l’environnement existant et sur le respect des règles architecturales et paysagères prévues dans les documents d’urbanisme en vigueur. »
