Summary

Après l’article L. 581‑4 du code de l’environnement, il est inséré un article L. 581‑4‑1 ainsi rédigé :  «  Art. L. 581‑4‑1 . – Toute publicité pour un bien, un service ou une catégorie de biens ou de services faisant l’objet d’un affichage environnemental obligatoire en application de la législation ou de la règlementation en vigueur fait figurer dans un format lisible, audible et intelligible l’affichage environnemental de ce bien, de ce service ou de cette catégorie de biens ou de services. « Un décret en Conseil d’État précise les conditions d’application du présent article ainsi que les sanctions applicables en cas d’infraction. »
