Summary

I. – Les denrées alimentaires destinées à la consommation humaine ainsi que les emballages destinés au contact alimentaire ayant subi un traitement par rayonnement ionisant sont identifiés comme tels par une mention claire, visible et compréhensible par le consommateur, spécifiant le type de traitement, portée sur l’emballage ou le conditionnement. II. – Un décret en Conseil d’État précise les modalités d’application du présent article.
