Summary

L’article L. 592‑2 du code de l’environnement est ainsi modifié : 1° Le premier alinéa est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « L’un de ceux-ci est le président de l’Association des comités et commissions locales d’information ou son représentant. » 2° Après le même premier alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé :  « Les délibérations du collège sont publiques et donnent lieu à la publication de compte-rendu détaillés. »
