Summary

Après l’article L. 541‑15‑9‑1 du code de l’environnement, tel qu’il résulte de l’article 10  bis  B, il est inséré un article L. 541‑15‑9‑2 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 541‑15‑9‑2  – À compter du 1 er  janvier 2023, les lâchers intentionnels et à titre récréatif de ballons de baudruche en plastique organisés par une personne morale sont interdits. « Un décret précise les modalités d’application du présent article. »
