Après le II de l’article L. 254‑3 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, il est inséré un II bis ainsi rédigé : « II  bis . – Ces certificats sont délivrés sous réserve du suivi d’une formation à la substitution des produits phytopharmaceutiques de synthèse par des alternatives, notamment des produits de biocontrôle et des préparations naturelles peu préoccupantes. »
