Après le 2° de l’article L. 8224‑5 du code du travail, il est inséré un 2° bis ainsi rédigé : « 2° bis Le remboursement de toute aide publique attribuée par l’État, les collectivités territoriales, leurs établissements ou leurs groupements ainsi que toute aide financière versée par une personne privée chargée d’une mission de service public durant les cinq derniers exercices clos. »
