Summary

L’article 191 de la loi n° 2021-1104 du 22 août 2021 portant lutte contre le dérèglement climatique et renforcement de la résilience face à ses effets est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les dispositions contenues dans le premier alinéa ne s’appliquent pas aux relocalisations et aux futures installations et constructions s’inscrivant dans une stratégie de souveraineté écologique et industrielle du pays. »
