Après l’article L. 4161‑5 du code de la santé publique, il est inséré un article L. 4161‑5‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art L. 4161‑5‑1 . – Le fait d’inciter ou de contraindre une personne à se soumettre à des actes constitutifs d’un exercice illégal de la médecine, par menace, violence, abus d’autorité ou abus de pouvoir, est puni d’un an d’emprisonnement et de 15 000 euros d’amende. »
