Après l’alinéa 2, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « Cette liste est circonscrite aux sites et aux sols pollués ou potentiellement pollués, aux sites de stockage des déchets ou faisant l’objet d’un plan de prévention des risques technologiques. « Est par ailleurs exclu de cette liste, tout site identifié comme site naturel de compensations. »
