Après le premier alinéa de l’article L. 121‑8 du code de l’urbanisme, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Par dérogation au premier alinéa, l’implantation d’installations de production d’énergie renouvelable, telle que définie à l’article L. 211‑2 du code de l’énergie, dans le cadre d’une opération d’autoconsommation peut être autorisée sur le terrain d’assiette du producteur. »
