Summary

L’article L. 181‑15 du code de l’environnement est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé :  « Lorsque le renouvellement de l’autorisation d’une installation hydroélectrique ne s’accompagne pas de modification substantielle, le dossier de demande et la procédure applicable sont adaptés et simplifiés. Un décret définit les formalités dont sont dispensées ces demandes de renouvellement. »
