Summary

Après l’alinéa 4, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Lorsqu’ils estiment, en raison d’éléments d’appréciation liés à l’environnement, au contexte ou à la perception d’un danger imminent, que leur sécurité ou celle d’autrui est menacée, les agents de police municipale peuvent transmettre les images captées et enregistrées au moyen des caméras individuelles en temps réel au poste de commandement ou au centre de supervision urbain auquel ils sont rattachés. »
