Summary

Le seizième alinéa de l’article 2 de la loi constitutionnelle n° 2005‑205 du 1 er mars 2005 relative à la Charte de l’environnement est ainsi modifié : 1° Les mots : « bien qu’incertaine en l’état des connaissances scientifiques » sont remplacés par les mots : « dont la probabilité de survenue est scientifiquement étayée » ; 2° Le mot : « précaution » est remplacé par le mot : « prudence responsable ».
