Summary

L’avant-dernier alinéa du III de l’article L. 541‑15‑10 du code de l’environnement est ainsi modifié : 1° À la première phrase, les mots : « services de pédiatrie, d’obstétrique et de maternité » sont remplacés par les mots : « établissements de santé » ; 2° Est ajoutée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Dans les établissements de santé, le présent alinéa est applicable au plus tard le 1 er janvier 2030. ».
