Avant le dernier alinéa de l’article L. 112‑3 du code de l’action sociale et des familles, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Cependant, lorsqu’après examen approfondi, par test osseux notamment, ou lors du refus de celui-ci, des doutes persistent sur la minorité du demandeur, la protection de l’enfance lui sera automatiquement refusée. »
