Après l’alinéa 91, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 1° A Après l’article L. 111‑19 du code de l'urbanisme, il est inséré un article L. 111‑19‑1 ainsi rédigé :  «  Art L. 111‑19‑1 . – Nonobstant toute disposition contraire au plan local d’urbanisme, pour toute opération supérieure à 5 000 m², les espaces de livraisons et expéditions, dont le dimensionnement tient compte des besoins logistiques du bâtiment, sont intégrés à l’emprise foncière objet de la demande d’autorisation de construire ».
