Après l’alinéa 3, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Dans le cas de produits animaux ou ayant été testés sur des animaux, l’affichage prend en compte le respect du bien-être de l’animal. Pour être rendu obligatoire par le décret prévu au III, l’usage public de cet affichage est conditionné à sa validation dans le cadre du suivi de l’expérimentation prévue au II. »
