Le chapitre 1 er du titre I er du livre I er du code de la construction et de l’habitation, dans sa rédaction résultant de l’ordonnance n° 2020‑71 du 29 janvier 2020 elative à la réécriture des règles de construction et recodifiant le livre I er du code de la construction et de l’habitation, est ainsi modifié : 1° L’intitulé est complété par les mots : « et objectifs » ; 2° Il est ajouté un article L. 111‑2 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 111‑2 . – Les rénovations énergétiques globales et performantes correspondent à 50 % des rénovations énergétiques effectuées chaque année. »
