I. – À la fin de l’alinéa 2, substituer aux mots : « suspend les effets de ladite décision jusqu’à ce qu’une décision judiciaire devienne définitive », les mots : « ne peut avoir un effet suspensif que si la personne accepte de se soumettre à un examen d’âge osseux visant à déterminer sa minorité ». II. – En conséquence, supprimer l’alinéa 3.
