Summary
Substituer aux alinéas 5 à 17 les cinq alinéas suivants : « Le I de l’article L. 228 du livre des procédures fiscales est ainsi modifié : « 1° Le premier alinéa est ainsi modifié : « a) La première phrase est complétée par les mots : « ou, lorsque le contribuable est une personne morale, à un seuil proportionné à son chiffre d’affaires ou à son total de bilan ». « b) Est ajoutée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Le seuil mentionné au premier alinéa est déterminé par décret en Conseil d’État en proportion du chiffre d’affaires ou du total de bilan. » « 2° Au 3°, après le mot : « contrôle », sont insérés les mots : « fondé sur une même motivation, ».
