Summary

Le chapitre II du titre III du livre IV du code de l’urbanisme est ainsi modifié : 1° Après l’article L. 432‑1, il est inséré un article L. 432‑1-1ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 432‑1-1 . – Lorsqu’une construction est destinée à être périodiquement occupée pour loger des salariés embauchés pour des activités saisonnières, elle n’a pas à être démontée et réinstallée entre chaque occupant. » ; 2° Le a de l’article L. 432‑2 est complété par les mots « , sauf si c’est un permis saisonnier. »
